Sarah Delaney Frantzreb, is a Yale-trained Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is ANCC Board Certified to treat clients across the lifespan. Based in NYC and Fairfield County, CT, Sarah has over two decades of experience in the mental health field. She has worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults providing psychiatric evaluations, psychotherapy, and medication management.

Sarah’s clinical practice is driven by a passion for providing holistic, compassionate, evidence-based care. Sarah prides herself on working with clients in a collaborative, personalized and down-to-earth manner. Sarah believes that wellness can be found through incorporating an individual’s physical, psychological and emotional needs into care. Treatment interventions may include the use of psychotropic medication, but also place emphasis on other important domains of wellbeing, including nutrition, exercise, interpersonal and familial relationships, and psychotherapy.

Sarah has provided care across a range of clinical settings including inpatient psychiatry, intensive outpatient programs, community based mental health centers and small group private practices. She previously practiced psychiatry at New York Presbyterian-Columbia University Medical Center and at a small group psychiatric practiced that also served the greater NYC and Fairfield County area. Sarah provided direct clinical care to patients across the lifespan, developed programming for treatment resistant depression, including working extensively with integrative psychiatry approaches including ketamine and TMS and provided supervision to new clinicians and students attending Columbia University.
